FAQ

How should I take the supplements?

You can take the supplements directly from the package or mix them with liquid—they’re enjoyable on their own. All of our supplements can be taken together or spread throughout the day. Each supplement comes in a 15-count package, which lasts about two weeks. Most are in liposomal form, which boosts bioavailability, so they don’t need to be taken with food but can be if you prefer. The only exception is NAC, which should be taken with food.

Why are the supplements liposomal?

Liposomal delivery uses tiny, hollow vesicles called liposomes to transport active ingredients, enhancing absorption by making it easier for nutrients to integrate with your body.

What is a Liposomal Micelle Matrix?

Our Liposomal Micelle Matrix enhances nutrient absorption and bioavailability. It combines liposomes and micelles, two established technologies, to create an advanced system for optimizing nutrient delivery.

Can I take all the supplements together?

Yes, you can take them together.
