Formulated to maximize the power from plants, Power Greens is like rocket fuel for performance. Early clinical trials have demonstrated that Sulphoraphane frrom broccoli suppresses both muscle soreness and damage after long workouts.

Spirulina, a blue-green algae, can improve oxygen transport and improve VO2 max, while enhancing muscular endurance and peak power output. Finally, we’ve added Benfotiamine, at fat soluble form of victim B1 (Thiamine), that is highly absorbable.

Clinical trials have shown that thiamine supplementation brings significant positive effects on energy metabolism during exercise, decreases lactate and ammonia concentration and significantly reduced the perception of exertion. All this delivered in a convenient gel pack that tastes great even without sugar, stevia or monk fruit.

Sulporaphane

Sulforaphane is a phytonutrient, meaning it’s a plant-derived nutrient. It acts as a potent antioxidant, combating and repairing damage in cells throughout your body. Although it’s not present in its final form in plants, sulforaphane is synthesized from a precursor called glucoraphanin found in cruciferous vegetables like broccoli. When the plant is cut, processed, or chewed, glucoraphanin reacts with the enzyme myrosinase to produce sulforaphane.
