Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a risk-free 30-day return policy. If any Floyd’s Performance Plus product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Please note that some items, like gift cards or final sale products, are non-returnable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Process

Contact Us First:

Before returning a product, email us at [email protected] to get the correct return address. Returns sent to the wrong address may lead to delays or denial of refunds or exchanges.

Include Necessary Information:

When returning your item, include your name, shipping address, and order number to ensure proper processing.

Shipping Your Return:

We recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking to confirm delivery. Package the return carefully to avoid damage, as we cannot process refunds or exchanges for damaged items.

Notify Us of Shipment:

After shipping your return, email your tracking number to [email protected] so we can track the package and notify our warehouse.

Exchange Policy

For exchanges, follow the same steps as the return process. Once we receive your item, we’ll process the exchange, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, you can choose between a refund or an alternative product.

Defective Products

We take pride in the quality of our products, but if an item is damaged during transit or arrives defective, please email us at [email protected] within 10 days of delivery. Include proof of the defect, and we will offer a free replacement or a refund.

Cancellation Process

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in our system, it can’t be modified, and if it’s already in the shipping process, cancellation may not be possible. Early notification increases the chances of stopping the order. If it’s already shipped, you can still return it using our return process.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will process your refund, which typically takes 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Note that bank processing times may affect when the refund appears in your account.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned orders.
